Annabe Tredoux
I am a Professional Certified Coach International Coach Federation (PCC-ICF) applying the Solution Focused Brief Approach. This way of working focuses on creating solutions, setting tangible objectives and smart decision-making based on the client's expertise. My work experience included working in retail and hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry (corporate), education environment and healthcare organisations. I assisted teams in development of leadership skills, managing conflict and issues around diversity, time and workload challenges, applying individual strengths to benefit team well-being, and stress management.
Trish Neill
I am a business coach and facilitator with a strong focus on building leadership and helping teams to make subtle adjustments that have a profound impact. I am a credentialed (ICF-PCC), hold an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and an ICF ACTP, the gold standard in coach training internationally. I have experience in a wide variety of industries in the corporate, private, non-profit and government sectors. Some of these industries include the financial services, food & beverage, wholesale & retail, construction, education and information systems.
Allison Thiel
I am an ICF credentialed business, leadership and life coach, with a background in software development and business consulting, where I have 30 years' experience in various business and leadership roles. I coach middle managers, struggling with leadership and the demands placed on them by their superiors and subordinates, as well as first time leaders. I use a forward looking model that focuses on solution development, building on skills and resources the client already has.
Svea van der Hoorn
I am a credentialed coach (ICF-PCC), hold a doctorate in systems thinking and adult learning, offer an internationally accredited coach training program (ICF-ACTP), and am an associate with The DesignThinkers Academy, I have worked in the private, public, and statutory sectors, with a variety of organizations in labour law; education; mental health and community welfare; retail; and financial services.
